  • ROBO-CALL SYSTEM FOR KIRKWOOD:  The City of Kirkwood wants you to be informed in the event of an emergency or an urgent situation that might threaten your home or business.  This new emergency notification system, called 3n (for National Notification Network), allows the City to notify you by phone in the event of an emergency.  Several local school districts and municipalities in the St. Louis region already utilize a similar system, so you may already be familiar with it.  Names and phone numbers are retrieved from The White Pages.  If your phone number is “listed,” you are automatically enrolled in the program, and you will receive emergency notifications by phone. If not, you can register here.  OTHER REGISTRATION OPTIONS:  If you would prefer to receive your notifications on your cell phone, on another phone line, or by email, you can make that change here.  You can also choose to “opt out,” or un-enroll, from the program completely.  All information you provide is confidential.  Register today!
